Diana Strlovski is a seasoned divorce and family law attorney representing clients in a variety of cases ranging from simple and straightforward to highly contested and complex. Diana co- founded Hira & Strlovski, LLC with a vision to provide personalized, quality legal representation to each and every client.
Her career in family law began at Seton Hall Law School's Family Law Clinic representing indigent clients in a variety of cases including restraining order hearings, post-judgment motions, and contested divorces. She was recognized by and received an award for her “Outstanding Contribution to the Clinic.” Upon graduating, Diana had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable James A. Farber, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Sussex County, Chancery Division, Family Part. Prior to co-founding Hira & Strlovski, LLC, Diana worked for two highly respected family law firms in northern New Jersey, and has devoted her practice exclusively to divorce and family law throughout that time.
Diana is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris and Passaic County Bar Associations, and the Barry Croland Family Law American Inn of Court. She also serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Passaic County and has lectured on family law topics at continuing legal education seminars. She has been included in the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Rising Star list from 2020-2022, an honor awarded to less than 2.5% of all New Jersey attorneys.
Diana is committed to being a zealous advocate for her clients all while approaching each case with compassion. She is experienced in all areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time, college contribution, alimony, equitable distribution, property settlement agreements, and domestic violence.
