Diana Strlovski is a founding partner of Hira & Strlovski, LLC and an accomplished New Jersey divorce and family law attorney who has dedicated her career exclusively to matrimonial and family law. Known for her strategic approach, strong advocacy, and commitment to her clients, Diana represents individuals in matters ranging from amicable divorces and negotiated settlements to highly contested custody disputes and complex matrimonial litigation.
Diana co-founded Hira & Strlovski, LLC with a vision of providing exceptional legal representation without sacrificing the personalized attention and compassion that clients deserve. She recognizes that family law matters are often among the most challenging experiences in a person's life and believes that effective advocacy requires not only legal knowledge and preparation, but also an understanding of each client's unique circumstances and goals.
Diana graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University in 2012 and earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2015. During law school, she represented indigent clients through Seton Hall's Family Law Clinic, where she received the Outstanding Contribution to the Clinic Award. Following graduation, Diana served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable James A. Farber, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Sussex County. Before co-founding Hira & Strlovski, LLC, she practiced at two highly respected family law firms in northern New Jersey.
Diana has extensive experience in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody and parenting time, alimony, child support, equitable distribution, complex financial disputes, domestic violence, and post-judgment litigation. She is a skilled negotiator and determined litigator who strives to achieve favorable resolutions efficiently while remaining fully prepared to advocate for her clients in court when necessary. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful strategy, meticulous preparation, and candid legal advice.
Diana is an active member of New Jersey's family law community. She has served as an Early Settlement Panelist in Passaic, Morris, and Sussex Counties and has lectured on family law topics at continuing legal education seminars. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, and Barry Croland Family Law American Inn of Court. She has also completed the National Family Law Trial Institute, an intensive program focused on advanced matrimonial trial advocacy.
In recognition of her professional accomplishments, Diana was selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2020 through 2027 and received recognition in The Best Lawyers in America® 2027 edition.
